At Oribe, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer complimentary returns on all products purchased directly from Oribe.com within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a sturdy alternative, ensuring all products are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid UPS return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
